Anxiety is a condition that makes most people’s everyday life difficult. Together we will find out what causes it and how we can deal with it. For example, is it a generalised situation or is it something very specific that is causing us stress?

We will work with relaxation and mindfulness techniques that will allow us to distance ourselves from stressful situations. We will learn how, in simple ways, we can bring peace and tranquility to the present, here and now.

We will also build mental resilience so that in difficulties we are empowered and at the same time flexible to find creative solutions.

In Positive Psychology we have a very useful tool for managing anxiety & low self-esteem. This tool is the concept of Flow – the Optimal Experience, those moments that are considered to be the best in terms of performance & enjoyment. We will learn to “use” Flow, to cultivate it & to increase the Flow moments in our daily life.
