Test, questions and exercises for authentic relationships

Questions about livesteaming: Authentic relationships – the key to my happiness.

Relationships are key to having a good life. Authentic relationships are the key to happiness. They give joy, pleasure, unforgettable moments and support in difficult times. It is worth considering whether we have authentic relationships in our lives. The following exercises, questions help us to understand a little better our relationship with authentic relationships:

  1. What are the authentic relationships you have in your life? Write down your authentic relationships on an A4 sheet of paper and if you want, put a symbol next to each person you are authentically related to that characterises your relationship, e.g. a heart, a flower, a tree, the symbol of infinity, etc.
  2. Do you consider yourself to be living with authenticity? What is it that underpins your authenticity? In a notebook write down all the things that make you unique and how you express them in your everyday life
  3. What is it that makes it difficult for you to be authentic? List 5 key challenges that make it difficult for you to be authentic.
  4. Exercise my island of relationships: On an A4 paper draw an island, with a sea. As simple or elaborate as you want. Paint your important relationships there as if they were residents of the island. You can ask yourself and draw the following:

-With what each of my relationships is nourished.

-How much space it takes up on my island of relationships.

-Where each relationship dweller resides, on the island of my relationships.

It is a good exercise in self-awareness that makes us understand the place of the relationships we have in our lives. And to ask ourselves what we would like to change about it.
